The home of Japanese fine dining in Lan Kwai Fong has just revealed their new Sunday brunch buffet, and you’re going to want to make a reservation ASAP. The revamped menu offers guests a chance to nibble on unlimited amounts of the good stuff, like sashimi, sushi, tempura and dishes from the grill. The elegant buffet is piled high with your favourite Japanese dishes, like Hokkaido Red King Crab Leg, Kuroge Wagyu Tartar, Charcoal-grilled Kagoshima Kurobuta Pork and seasonal sashimi freshly cut from a hamachi fish.

Each guest can enjoy a grilled seasonal seafood platter, and will have the option to create their own octopus balls at the takoyaki station. A selection of sumptuous mains are also available to choose from, like Miso Cod, Grilled Japanese Chicken Teriyaki, and Sautéed Angus Beef Cubes with Garlic. At the end of the meal, you can finish on a sweet note with their dessert platter of ice-cream, fresh fruits and Japanese sweets.
