BACI Pizza – crescenza cheese, taggiasca olive, crispy zucchini, basil pesto, black garlic, cherry tomatoes. Vegetarians and meat-lovers agree that this signature item is a keeper.
The King of Pizzas – smoked salmon, stracciatella, spinach, caviar. Gourmet flavours on a slice never looked so good.
Testarossa – mortadella, parmesan flakes, pistachios, aged balsamic vinegar of modena. This pizza combines classic Italian ingredients into a whole new level.
Nutella E Via – Nutella, banana, vanilla cream. For the final finish, who can resist Nutella on any sort of bread, especially homemade pizza dough?

Angeli Di Mare – angel hair, red prawns, grappa, creamy crustacean bisque. The pasta is a perfect cradle for the sauce and perfectly seasoned prawns.
Tagliolini Della Casa – tagliolini, porcini mushrooms. This dish has a sensational umami cream sauce and is dusted with chives.
Parmigiana In Famiglia – San Marzano tomatoes, eggplant, parmigiano, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil. A family favorite, great for sharing and bursting with flavour.
Butter Poached Lobster – fregola sarda (Sardinian couscous), tropea onion, datterino, piennolo tomatoes. An artisanal dish for lobster lovers.
