Take advantage of these mouth-watering deals happening in Lan Kwai Fong

Long working days and cramped Hong Kong kitchens make cooking a chore. Let Lan Kwai Fong take some of that stress away with our LKF Cuisine Celebration 2019. This year, we’ve got themed menus and incredible offers from over 600 local restaurants. With so much to explore, there’s little time to waste.

That’s why we’ve rounded up seven delicious restaurants to kick off your LKF Cuisine Celebration 2019. You can thank us later—and be sure to check out even more great offers here.

Bari-Uma Ramen

Nothing warms the soul on a chilly day quite like a hot bowl of ramen. Served piping hot, with fresh noodles and decadent broth, everyone loves ramen. And it’s hard to find a better bowl of ramen than at Bari-Uma, which roughly translates to super tasty! They ship their broth in from Japan every day, and make their noodles fresh inside the store, so it’s bari uma indeed. The only thing that could make it even better is a crisp beer to go with it. Lucky for us, they’re offering a HK$8 bottle of Sapporo draught beer with any bowl of ramen.

Ebisoba Ichigen Hong Kong

Love ramen? Then you need to try Ebisoba Ichigen, a cult-favourite ramen shop with a well-deserved reputation for being some of the best around. What’s their secret? They use a amaebi soup base, made from shrimp for extra depth and complexity. When you go, make sure to order your broth ‘sono mama’ so you can enjoy the richest shrimp flavour. Just for Lan Kwai Fong, they’re offering you 50% off selected drinks, or the opportunity to ‘upgrade’ to a glass of sake for just HK$20 with any Special Menu Set (HK$128 for one or HK$248 for 2).

Kanada-ya

There’s more to a bowl of ramen than meets the eye. At Kanada-ya, each bowl of ramen is the result of years of passion, experimentation and even failure. It all started when Kanda-San’s keirin racing days ended due to a bad injury. With his sports career behind him, he set off to reinvent himself as a ramen chef. He went to school to learn, and spent hours and hours crafting his perfect tonkotsu ramen broth, made with a secret blend of ingredients. His unique soup became an instant hit, and one of the most popular in all of Japan. In 2010, it was named best ramen out of 40,000 shops! And now, you can try his famous ramen right here in Hong Kong. They’re offering a free order of dumplings for every HK$150 spent at dinner.

FUMI

There’s so much more to Japanese cuisine than ramen (though we do love our ramen!). Think sashimi, sushi, tempura, okonomiyaki and izakaya. The good news is you can get it all in one place at FUMI, the home of Japanese fine dining in Lan Kwai Fong. Their famous Saturday Remix Brunch brings all the best of Japanese food together in this decadent buffet. And now, it’s even better because they’re offering a complementary flee-flow drink package on soft drinks and juice when you book your spot at the Saturday Remix Brunch – that’s nearly a HK$100 value!

Goobne Chicken Central

Is there anything better than crispy, crunch Korean fried chicken? They’re tender morsels of seasoned chicken, battered and fried to perfection before being slathered in mouth-watering sauces. It is, in many ways, a perfect food. But being deep-fried, it’s not for everyone. That’s where Goobne Chicken Central comes in. Their chicken is oven roasted, for that same moreish taste, but a fraction of the calories (and oil!). Wash it all down with a refreshing bottle of Korean beer or soju—they’re offering a great BOGO deal on orders over HK$240.

Café Siam

Get a taste of Thailand without ever touching your passport at Café Siam. They were even recognised by the Michelin Guide as the city’s most established Thai restaurant. Spread across two floors, it’s a surprisingly calm oasis right in the heart of buzzing Lan Kwai Fong. You can’t go wrong here, all the food is delicious. What’s especially tempting is that they’re offering guests a free signature Pandan fried chicken with any purchase. We’re tempted to have Thai every night!

HoChi Melb

Every great culture has their own version of a perfect soup. North America has chicken noodle, Japan has ramen, Hong Kong has wonton noodle, and Vietnam has pho. Usually made from a slow-simmered beef bone broth, noodles and thinly sliced beef, it’s a thing of simple beauty. Yet somehow, the flavour is anything but simple. Good pho is complex. It’s a bit sweet, salty, sour and even acidic. That’s what you get at HoChi Melb, a newly opened Vietnamese restaurant in Central. For LKF Cuisine Celebration 2019 they’re offering a very special deal. For just HK$109 you can enjoy a choice of Springvale pho, lemongrass beef vermicelli or grilled chicken vermicelli, plus five piping hot spring rolls and a soft drink. They’re also doing BOGO Vietnamese coffees and soft drinks, so you can be fed, hydrated and caffeinated all for one low price.
