Stazione Novella

You can’t have an aperitivo list without Stazione Novella. This unassuming little SoHo spot has become a staple in the area, especially during their daily aperitivo. From 5-7pm, you can tuck into one of the best Florentine-inspired spreads in the city (think seasonal bruschetta, salumi, cheeses and so much more). Wash it down with a Tuscan wine or one of their famous Aperol Spritz.

La Piola

Over in Wan Chai, the original aperitivo spot is back: La Piola. Their new(ish) location is roomy and bright, and they’re still serving up their same beloved aperitivo spread. It’s standard fare here, like small sandwiches, arancini, cheeses and small bites. If you work in Wan Chai, you can’t beat the location either. A perfect way to end the day – especially when paired with a glass or two of wine.

Another favourite for the Central crowd, DiVino has been one of the city’s most popular Italian haunts since 2003. Hong Kong’s hungry office workers flock to the Wyndham Street spot each night for their Aperitif Moment. From 6:00-7:30pm each night, you can enjoy a selection of ever-changing nibbles with your wine or cocktails. Then you can stay to enjoy chef Michele Senigaglia’s tapas-like menu or head off for other SoHo adventures later in the evening.
