Impossible Foods have launched a new product that’s even better than the first, here’s where to find it!
There are a lot of problems with meat: it’s bad for you, it’s bad for the environment, and it’s not exactly great for the animals either. But there’s another problem with meat—it’s delicious. That’s where Impossible Foods comes in. Their product is supposed to mimic the taste of traditional animal protein so closely, it’ll win over even the most devout carnivore.
Impossible Foods recently launched their newest product, and people are loving it. The hotly anticipated Impossible Burger 2.0 brings an even juicier, meatier taste than before. It’s fully kosher, halal-certified, with no animal hormones, antibiotics or gluten. It provides the same amount of protein and iron as a comparable serving of cow ground beef, with none of ethical issues. And it’s super versatile! It can be cooked just like traditional beef and used in any recipe you can think of.

Nood Food upgraded to the new Impossible 2.0 burger in May, as part of their efforts to increase their sustainable, vegan offerings. For wellness fanatics, the Impossible 2.0 burger is the perfect indulgence, because it has all the protein from a traditional burger, with a fraction of the fat and salt. In fact, this new burger has 40 per cent less saturated fat than the original Impossible Burger! The completely vegan burger is served on a whole wheat bun with fresh tomatoes, romaine lettuce, pickles, coleslaw and tofu mayonnaise.

This red sauce favourite is the place to go in Hong Kong for some heart-warming Italian dishes. Just last month they launched a mouth-watering plant-based menu, with a range of vegan and vegetarian dishes. Our favourite new dish is the Impossible Balls, which substitute Impossible Foods’ meat-alternative for traditional veal. Just like Nonna used to make, but a little better.

Beef & Liberty
If you’re craving all the juicy flavours of meat (not just beef), then Beef & Liberty is where you need to be. The Impossible Chorizo burger is just what the doctor ordered to scratch that carnivorous itch. They spice up Impossible meat with chorizo flavours and top it with all the indulgences: guacamole, vegan cheddar, pickled jalapeños and more. It’s part of their moreish Leaves & Liberty plant-based menu, and you should absolutely pair it with a side of Impossible Chilli Cheese Fries to complete the decadence.
