The Top Events to Add to Your Calendar This March

Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day have come and gone and, believe it or not, we’re already three months into 2018. With spring looming in the near future, there isn’t a better time to make the most of the great events happening in Hong Kong this March.

Taste of Hong Kong
Be prepared as the Central harbourfront turns into a “foodie paradise” once again for the most delicious event of the year. Some of the most iconic restaurants in town – Duddell’s and Little Bao among others – will delight attendees with their unique dishes. Don’t forget to check out the Gourmet Market, pop up bars and food boutiques.

Taste of Hong Kong will run from March 22 to 25.

The annual AIDS Walk hosted by the Society for AIDS care will return this year to once again ally much-needed support for their cause: to ensure “zero infections for the next generation.” The one hour long walk will start at The Peak with fun-filled activities.

Hong Kong AIDS Walk will take place on Sunday March 4 at The Peak. Register here.

Hong Kong St. Patrick’s Day Parade

This year, the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade will be bigger and more diverse than ever with many new groups and performances. Make sure to wear green and head to Tamar Park and the Observation Wheel for a day filled with Irish chants, elves and of course, beer.

Hong Kong St. Patrick’s Day Parade will start on March 17 from the Observation Wheel, Central Pier and various activities will take place in Tamar Park.

Katy Perry’s World Tour in Hong Kong

After the success of her latest album Witness and WITNESS: The Tour in North America, one of the biggest pop stars of our time is finally coming back to Hong Kong. Katy Perry's show is expected to be as colorful and psychedelic as ever with amazing scenography and choreography.
Katy Perry will perform on March 30 at AsiaWorld Expo, Area. Buy tickets here.
Art Central
As March is Hong Kong art month, there is no better time for a multidisciplinary cultural journey like Art Central. This year, it will once again feature over 100 leading international galleries and support emerging local and Asian talents. Large-scale installations, panel discussion and talks are also part of the exciting programme.
Art Central will run from March 27 to April 1 at Central Harbourfront.
