To shake up the upcoming Halloween season even further, Lan Kwai Fong Group recently announced that it has an app that will liven up the festivities. Called the Lan Kwai Fong Monster Mash app, it can be found in both Google Play and iTunes. This ghost-hunting app promises to inject fun, hilarity and excitement into the Halloween proceedings in Lan Kwai Fong by getting users to participate and share their experiences in catching zombies on social media.
Essentially an interactive game in which players are in for a rescue mission, through maps and hints in the app, players will cover different hotspots in Lan Kwai Fong in order to track Candy down while catching challenging zombies. But in a twist, like in all bona fide zombie movies, no one is safe until all are recruited—so the best way to participate is to join 30 of the city's top influencers and celebrities to make this one of the most fun and spookiest Halloweens ever.
And of course, when you are having a good time, taking selfies will be the order of the day. To extend the fun, a 30-Day Challenge will be launched on the official Facebook page of Lan Kwai Fong Hong Kong in October, encouraging users to post their selfies with monsters and tag their friends. When you use the app, like and share your posts, which have to be shared publicly, and you will stand a chance to win some exciting prizes.
All you need to do is take a selfie using the app, then upload the selfie and tag three friends in a comment. The top three posts with the most number of likes will each win a brand-new iPhone 7 Plus 128GB—nothing spooky about that at all!
So don’t waste any more time. Download the app and complete the above steps before October 31 at 12 p.m. to participate—Dr. Allan Zeman and his son Jonathan, the chairman and CEO of the Lan Kwai Fong Group, respectively, and otherwise known as “Father and Son of Lan Kwai Fong,” are already on it.
