And the award for cutest drink in Hong Kong goes to ORIGIN. The bar is celebrating 45 years of Hello Kitty with two Hello Kitty-themed cocktails. @Yukimaryrosel snapped the picture-perfect Paw Paw Milkshake, a sweet concoction of sesame gin, mango papaya milk, and a hint of rose, topped wit salted cream cheese foam. If this is what cat milk tastes like, sign us up!

Buenos Aires Polo Club
It’s been a hot minute since Buenos Aires Polo Club introduced Hong Kong to the beauty of melted cheese (that wasn’t raclette). And you know what? We’re still grateful, because their provoleta is just as mouth watering today as it was when we first tried it. @agnes.the.foodie captured a beautiful ooey-gooey moment here that has us rushing back for a reservation.

With just one photos, @Furellie reminded us that it’s never too hot for comfort food. She checked out the latest project by Chef Chris Grare (formerly of Lilly & Bloom) and Arron Rhodes, and says this beautiful roasted young French chicken was one of her favourites. Juicy, tender, flavourful and served with Parisian gnocchi and a pancetta ragu, how could it not be?

We don’t usually celebrate fifth birthdays, but when one of the best bars in town has made it this far, we have to. Thankfully, The Envoy makes it easier for us to toast their good health and longevity, because they have some seriously delicious drinks. @Judithaki found her new favourite when she stopped by. Meet Coco Shadow. A decadent combination of chilli-infused pisco, Malibu rum, cranberry juice, pomegranate syrup, egg white, coconut cream and toasted with coconut foam. It’s whipped together and topped with crunchy coconut flakes, and we can’t wait to try it on their patio this summer.
