Kyoto Joe, one of our favourite Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong, serves up the freshest sushi, sashimi, rolls and perfectly cooked dishes from the Robatayaki grill. This Christmas, they’ve created a mouth-watering feast of Japanese favourites. It starts with a light seafood Hiyayako— chopped toro, salmon roe and sea urchin on a bed of chilled tofu— and slowly gets more robust, with plates of sushi and even a robatayaki of teriyaki boneless beef ribs. Chef Wah brings a festive touch to this traditional venue with a Jolly Christmas Menu, an eight-course extravaganza that shouldn’t be missed. Whet the appetite with an appetizer trio of spicy salmon tempura, crab leg and abalone, before tucking into Hamachi, sashimi, sushi and more.
