Try Chaiwala this Father’s Day and treat dad to a modern Indian feast. Of course, you can pick your favourites from their ample menu, but they’ve prepared a very special dish just for the occasion. The Chatpata Murgh Tikka is like a traditional chicken tikka, but elevated with a desi Chinese marinade. With a dish this good, you don’t even need to get him a present.

Another fusion restaurant we can’t get enough of is TokyoLima, which serves some of the best Nikkei cuisine in town. The dish is a combination of flavours and textures, made with Peruvian rice, stir-fried snow peas, bell peppers, chimichurri and a grilled USA ribeye steak.
