Savouring Art – Jannis Tang – Porterhouse by Laris

This March, Lan Kwai Fong, will be transformed into a focal point for art and food lovers during the HK Art Month. A diverse variety of 12 premium restaurants will be dishing out unique and innovative art-inspired menus, with the theme of "Colour of Ingredients", complemented with a series of art exhibitions and vivid events exclusively in Lan Kwai Fong.

Savouring Art 2017 has started on 1 Mar, Porterhouse by Laris is one of the participated restaurants serving Art Menu in the whole March! 
We tasted the 5-course Art Menu and found it very tasty and not pricey, only HK$500+10% per pax to enjoy unique sensory experience.
The Menu covers different food types such as cocktail, scallop, lamb rack, oysters and desserts which i never think of it, particularly Coffin Bay Oysters is whimiscally dressed in three color – indeed they are mango, pomegranate, beer pineapple.
Platting is excellent and focus put on Art Dishes – lamb rack and apple turnover.
Just want to say this is an excellent dining experience.
