Macau’s Most Electrifying Stunt Show – ELĒKRŎN

We often lament the lack of good, consistent entertainment in Hong Kong. Of course, we have Clockenflap and some incredible concerts – but we’re talking about breath-taking shows that you can see whenever the fancy hits.

Thankfully, City of Dreams in Macau has us covered. The flagship resort by Melco Resorts & Entertainment became a household name thanks to their international hit The House of Dancing Water, and now Studio City is bringing us another brand-new action-packed show: ELĒKRŎN.

Melco teamed up with Stufish— the renowned entertainment architects behind the 2008 Beijing Olympics ceremonies, and concerts by the biggest names in music, like Elton John, Madonna, Jay-Z, Beyoncé and Lady Gaga—to create this all-electric phenomenon. And you know what they say, if it’s good enough for Queen Bee…

It’s all about action and death-defying stunts in this new 75-minute show. Over 70 post-apocalyptic electric vehicles, from sports cars to biplanes, fight for dominance as their drivers try to gain control of the abandoned power station where the story is set. It has taken months of preparation and a hand-picked international crew of over 150 people (including Guinness World Record Holders!) to bring this exhilarating story to life.

ELĒKRŎN promises to be like nothing you’ve ever seen before, with non-stop action, fireworks and pyrotechnics filling the arena. The lucky few who have been able to see the training, like celebrity Shawn Yue, are already under its spell, “Just watching the action unfold during their training is enough to get the adrenaline pumping! I really can’t wait to see the full show!”.
