Nick is the founder, operator & chef of Westwood Carvery. He has a demonstrable track record of running a successful restaurant business. A native of Los Angeles and also a Hong Kong resident, he ran his family restaurant JJ's seafood restaurant in the State before his passion for innovation and cooking culminated in the successful launch of Westwood Carvery in the competitive Lan Kwai Fong district of Hong Kong seven years ago. Since launch, Westwood Carvery has continually delivered a top tier dining experience which has resulted in a loyal following and which has established a strong niche foothold known for its consistently high quality slow-roasted prime rib offering.
