We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again – we love a margarita! Blend it up with some ice, and you’ve got the perfect summer drink. No where does it like Agave, where you can try the “damn best margaritas in town”, made with freshly-squeezed Mexico limes, and over 150 brands of 100% Blue agave tequila. For a sweet-treat, we like the frozen Mango Margarita (and peep that guacamole in the back!)

Waterloo

One of the best things about summer is all the amazing produce that comes into season, like delicious watermelon. Head to Lan Kwai Fong on the next scorching day to cool off with a Waterloo at Employees Only. This low-key famous cocktail is served tall and made with freshly muddled watermelon, Beefeater Gin, Campari and a dash of fresh lemon juice for a refreshing zing.

Aperol Spritz

The unofficial sip of summer, the Aperol Spritz is a cool, colourful cocktail that was made for hot summer days. Made with equal parts prosecco and Aperol, and a dash of soda, this is a slightly sweet, slightly bitter concoction that pairs perfectly with a fine aperitivo spread. It’s served around the city, but you can’t beat Stazione Novella’s ‘Summer of Spritz’ offer– HK$58 Aperol Spritz and all-night aperitivo, every Monday from 5pm.
