A favourite late-night spot, Volar comes into its glory after 2am, when the true partiers show up. Open since 2004 and refurbished in 2013, it’s one of the best places in Hong Kong to catch amazing DJs. With its state-of-the-art lighting system, and 5-way Turbosound speakers, it’s made for people who truly love music. The club has multiple bars and two main rooms, each playing a different genre, from techno to garage. Hit this place up on your Anti-Valentine’s Day night out, you won’t be disappointed.

Relatively new to the Hong Kong clubbing scene, Sound Department has already made a reputation for itself as a go-to club for music lovers. They deliver more than great tracks, they’ve created an entire culture around clubbing. If you live for the bass drop and are always the first to suggest shots, Sound Department is where you should be spending your Anti-Valentine’s Day. Romance may be dead, but these memories will live forever (if you can remember them, that is…).

Treat yourself to a high-end night out this Anti-Valentine’s Day, at Zentral. Completely kitted out in the latest entertainment equipment, Zental never disappoints. This exclusive club has the largest LED walls in Hong Kong, but usually you need a membership to get in (or at the very least, a friend with a membership!). But this Anti-Valentine’s Day, all you need is a ticket, and you can spend the night at one of Hong Kong’s coolest clubs. Limited tickets are available, so get yours before they’re gone.

Despite finishing their refurbishment over two years ago, Levels still feels brand new. Maybe it’s because the massive 8,000 square foot venue has the latest audio equipment on the market and customises their art laser lightshows to each visiting DJ. Even on the busiest nights here, there’s room for you and your friends on the dancefloor. The music changes depending on who’s behind the booth, but it’ll always get you moving. We love the neon lights and mirrored décor.

You know them, you love them, you should party with them. One of Hong Kong’s most iconic nightclubs, Play has attracted huge names over the years, like Ciara and Kelis. The massive venue is the perfect place to party this Anti-Valentine’s Day because of their incredible DJs and Dom Pérignon’s Champagne bar. Go large with the VIP suite and be grateful for your ex at their ‘Thank U, Next’ party.
